Declan Ennis has over 20 years senior commercial management experience in International food business. Declan was founder Director of Ennis Foods Ltd which launched the Rumblers range of chilled and ambient snacks in UK & Europe. In addition, Declan was responsible for development and management of € multi million export sales in Green Isle Foods Ltd & 2 Sisters Food Group. Declan Ennis has an honours Degree in Food Science from UCC, MBA from Bath University, Diploma in Marketing and Diploma in Accounting & Finance.
Claus Patrick was Sales Director in Food From Britain (www.greenseed.com) managing sales in all markets in Scandinavia from 1995 to 2008. During this period, Claus was responsible for sales management of leading brands including Sara Lee, Lamb Weston, Discovery Foods, Fricopan, Neuhauser and Schwan’s Pizza. When US giant Schwan’s entered Europe and started production in UK in 1993, Claus was responsible for building sales in Scandinavia from scratch. Schwan’s became market leader in two Nordic markets in frozen pizza for a number of years. In 2008, Claus set up a sales consultancy, CP Foods and manages sales of approximately 4 million branded Irish pizzas (Goodfellas and San Marco brands) and 1 million pastry en croute products per annum in Scandinavia. Claus also works with Silver Hill Farm on sales in Scandinavia.
Norma Hanlon has 16 years experience as senior manager in the food industry . Norma was the R&D Dairy Director for Kerry Foods Plc. and a key member of the senior management team in steering and implementing projects across all product categories with total market value of €450m. Norma had responsibility for all own label products in UK , Spain and Ireland . Norma managed the branded innovation team for all Irish and UK brands incl Low Low , Cheestrings , Dairygold etc . BSc (Hons) 1.1 from UCC and Diploma in management from UL.
Gitte previously worked as Head of Purchasing in the leading retailer, Coop in Denmark with responsibility for buying grocery frozen food and household products of 2 Billion Danish Kroner per annum. Following a successful buying career in Coop & Jan Import, Gitte established a sales development consultancy FOOD.IS.MORE (www.foodismore.com). Assignments have been carried out with new product listings achieved for a wide range of food clients including Væksthus Midtjylland – Food innovation , Indasia , Food from Liguria and Christian Vollstedt
